At PG Golf Lab, we are committed to delivering your order safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

We currently ship within Malaysia and Asia Pacific. For countries not listed please contact customer service to facilitate delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

PG Golf Lab is not responsible for delays caused by:

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
PG Golf Lab is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
